Cancellation Policy
It’s important to understand that when forgetting or rescheduling appointments, without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Other waitlisted clients will miss out on receiving services.

We understand, life is busy. We also understand that there are emergencies, call us about it and let’s chat.

When you initially book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation. In addition, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours in advance of appointments to the contact information on file or given at time of booking.

If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request 24 Hour cancellation / reschedule notice.
​
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the above specified time periods carry a 50% charge of the services booked. No shows will result in a 100% charge of the services booked.

· A valid credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.

If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is a chance we may need to reschedule you or complete part of the services. Our Stylists book continuously throughout the day and this will depend on the timing of their schedule that day.

The cancellation fees charged, do not go towards your future services, only the missed appointment.
